note to self:
contain the urges to restrict, even if the voice in your head is screaming loudly, even if you don't like what you see in the mirror, DON'T restrict, recovery is a long journey. it's not perfect, it's hard, it's too fucking hard, but it'll get better. recovery is NOT linear, you are allowed to have up and downs, feel bad but do not restrict, it won't help you in any way, it'll only make it worse. stop weighting yourself when you know it only fucks you up and makes you starve yourself, this won't get you anywhere except to death. yes, you miss the cold, and the bones and you miss people caring but who the fucks cares................ you think that if you go back to 34kg you'll be happy but you fucking know that's a fucking lie, you will just want to lose until 30kg then 25kg then 20kg until you just drop dead yes you want to die but for gods sake don't fucking do it fuck fuck fuck don't do it hoe. stop. stop. stop. just stop everything.
