I can't believe it's been more than a year since I started minniemaud (recovery). At first I was scared, I was gonna gain weight too fast, sometimes or most times at the beginning i thought 3000cals was too much, i ended up bloated affff. It was horrible at the beginning. Every anorexic has anxiety about gaining weight, now imagine that anxiety and having anxiety yourself i mean.... fucked up. In a year I gained around 26 pounds ugh I feel disgusting. Then after a couple of weeks or months idk, 3000 felt so normal and good it made me nervous because i mean.... c'mon after recovery, there's no goddamn way i will mantain on 3000 i mean........ it's impossible. now, 3000 seems so little, rn im in vacays so most of the time i dont eat breakfast but lots of snacks and im happy bc im eatings lots but i try to think about the times i do eat breakfast and that means less cals for snacks and snack means ill die of hunger and i think about when i go back to school and after im done with weight restoration and normal eating, following my guts, and i think ill prolly get to 3000cals too and??????? if im gaining rn in 3000 then ill gain on 3000 too later and it's scary bc does that mean ill never stop gaining????? ughi hate anorexia and i hate recovery and i hate life fuck. i just want to be fucking normal fuckkkkk
