This pretty much sums it up tbh. When one is suffering, stuck in a dark zone, when someone is depressed, they just want to end it. Everything, the suffering and the pain. When one is depressed, it's like they are dead before they even die. In his letter, if I recall correctly (I don't remember the exact words) he says something along this words 'I rather stop breathing instead of breathing stuffy breaths' or something, I couldn't agree more. People with depression, or any kind of mental illness tbh, they don't want to be like that, we try, they try, i try, he tried to be happy. How to turn sadness, depression, boredom, stress, anxiety, ocd, etc into joy, happiness, pleasure, contentment?. It's not like we want to be the way we are, no way. But sometimes... it just seems... impossible. And one starts to think 'Why are we alive?' 'If I'm gonna suffer then it's better to just end it all'. And that's when it hurts even more, desperately wanting to die but desperately wanting to live. Desperately wanting all to end but desperately wanting to be happy.

Never stop being yourself, never stop smiling and never stop viewing every difficulty as an opportunity. Please. Please never stop thinking about yourself, as much as you may want to make everyone happy and be the best in everything, the most important thing is to make yourself happy. Rest, think and keep loving. You are the brightest human being I've ever seen but I'm worried that this may turn in something bad, you are so nice and so bright people don't think words can hurt you but I know better than anyone else that words hurt you the most, don't act like you are always happy. If you ever need help, try to get it. We will respect every decision you take as long as it makes you happy but please... don't hurt yourself. I love you, what would I do without you?. The most annoying and cute idol I've known, the most nice and hardworking person I've seen, I love you. Stay strong.
