nostalgia.
i hate these kinds of moments sometimes. these moments when i am alone in my room, laying on my bed, and staring at my ceiling. andi start to think about my past and i dig a little deeper each day into my memories. i fucking die a little each and every day. i miss the days when i used to be genuinely happy and free. i miss laughing and smiling with people i was super close with. i used to have those kinds of friends who knew everything about one another and were confident in one another. i trusted them with my life and i still do. but we all drifted away from each other and i am now alone more than ever, left by myself to fight my demons. instead of being free, i am imprisoned in my own dark mind. those people i used to be really close with, we're all strangers with empty eyes and numb hearts.
